Once you've claimed your profile, you can add detailed information about your restaurant's approach to allergen safety. Here's what we recommend including:
- 1.Allergen labelling approach — Do you use GF/DF/NF codes on your menu? Do you have a separate allergen matrix? Can customers request one?
- 2.Kitchen protocols — Separate preparation areas, dedicated fryers for gluten-free items, colour-coded utensils, or other cross-contamination prevention measures.
- 3.Staff training — How frequently do you train staff on allergen safety? Do new hires receive allergen-specific onboarding?
- 4.Accommodation policy — Can dishes be modified on request? Do you offer substitutions (e.g. gluten-free bread, dairy-free milk)?
- 5.Certifications — Coeliac Australia accreditation, halal certification, or other relevant third-party endorsements.
AllergenScore profiles are based on automated menu analysis. Claiming your profile lets you provide verified, up-to-date information directly.
