The menu uses 100% vegetable oil and inconsistently labels nut-containing dishes with '**Nuts' or 'Contains Nuts' notations on some items (e.g. Mongolian Lamb, Kung Po dishes, Satay Scallops), but many other potentially allergenic items such as shellfish and soy-based dishes carry no allergen labels.
